Last Saturday, more than 300 brothers, sisters, and children gathered at Masjid Baiturrahman for our community iftar. Families arrived early to help set up tables, and the hall filled with conversation and laughter as everyone waited for the adhan of Maghrib.

The menu featured Indonesian favorites such as nasi kuning, rendang, and kolak, alongside dishes brought by families from many other backgrounds. After iftar, we prayed Maghrib together in congregation, and the children enjoyed a short Ramadan quiz with prizes.

Jazakumullahu khairan to the more than forty volunteers who cooked, served, and cleaned up, and to the donors who sponsored the meal. Our next community iftar is this coming Saturday, and everyone is welcome to join us.
